Gadar's writer is turning director

It's nothing new in Bollywood to switch departments of filmmaking. Writer Shaktimaan who has created films like 'Gadar', The Hero', 'Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyon' and 'Family – Ties of Blood', is all set to turn director, with not one but two films.

One of the films will be a comedy featuring three heroes. The second will be a solo hero family drama. Casting for both films are in process.
