Aamir Khan will be releasing a Special Anniversary Edition pack of his Oscar nominated masterpiece 'Lagaan – once upon a time in India'. The film, premiering for the first time in India on DVDs and VCDs will be released in a 3-disc DVD box set by Excel Home Video. The set contains a special 2-disc DVD of the film, a DVD of 'Chale Chalo …' the lunacy of film-making, rare collectible cards, a collectible coin, an exclusive filmstrip and much more.
A special function will be held for the same on Friday at the PVR Cinema in Juhu. The event will be graced by Aamir Khan along with Gracy Singh, Ashutosh Gowariker and the 10 players of the 'Lagaan' team. The function will also witness a special screening of the film's making and songs. Surely a collector's item! |
