Ram Gopal Varma's 'Sholay' has a new addition. Veejay Gaurav Kapoor will play the role of Ahmed, Imaam Saheb's (A K Hangal) young son, essayed by Sachin Pilgaonkar in the original.
A few days back, Shreyas Talpade turned down the role. Gaurav has acted in two films before - Ramu's 'Darna Mana Hai' and Cinevistaas' 'Shhhhh'.
