Super hunk Arjun Rampal may have lost out on the opportunity to work with Aamir Khan in the blockbuster 'Rang De Basanti' but he's certainly waiting to make his presence felt in a big way in Farhan Akhtar's 'Don'.

Ask Farhan what prompted him to sign Arjun to play the role essayed by Pran and the former replies, "With due respect to the original, I always felt that the character essayed by Pran Saab was too old. I felt it needed to be a lot younger and with his physicality and intensity, I thought Arjun would be the right fit for the part. He has performed extremely well in 'Don'."

While on Arjun, we hear that he attended a private screening of 'Don' some days back and hasn't stopped praising the film. "The film is kickass!" he is said to have remarked.
