The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has invited Karan Johar's script of Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna to be part of its Margaret Herrick Library.

As a part of the library's huge collection, the film's script will be accessible to film students, directors, producers, writers and actors for study and research.

'KANK' is the second film by Johar to have received this honour. 'Kal Ho Na Ho', which was produced by Johar and directed by Nikhil Advani was acquired by the Academy's library.
