Naseeruddin Shah was on his way to the hotel in Panchgani from the location at Wai, when the tire of his car burst. The actor managed to escape unhurt. He had departed after shooting for Vishal Bharadwaj 'Omkara'.
The tire exploded with a huge noise. For a moment, Shah thought the car would go off the road into the ravine below. Luckily, no such thing happened primarily because the vehicle was not moving at a high rate of speed.
