Bappi Lahiri has lent his voice to Mani Ratnam's forthcoming Abhishek-Aishwarya starrer 'Guru', set to tunes by A. R. Rahman. He has sung the title track.

Lahiri has known Rahman for more than two decades. He met him for the first time when he was composing a song for the Jetendra-Sreedevi starrer 'Himmatwala' in 1983.
