Shah Rukh Khan who has been a chain-smoker for years, smoking 70-80 cigarettes a day, has cut down drastically to where he only smokes three to four times per day.
His goal to give up smoking started with a promise this year on his 40th birthday and from the looks of it he is well on his way to reaching that goal.
He says,"I feel healthy and happy now."
