Hrithik is the reason why Sallu doesn't get Ash again!
Salman Khan was almost ready to do Ashutosh Gowariker's 'Akbar-Jodha' when Hrithik Roshan stepped in. With Hrithik stepping in, it was safe enough for Ashu to cast Aishwarya Rai as his female lead.
Incidentally, for Raj Kumar Santoshi's forthcoming 'London Dreams', which Salman Khan is doing, it is rumoured that Ash (who did 'Khakee' for him and is doing 'Saamna') had approached Santoshi. But guess what? Salman refused!
