At a recording of a T-Series movie (to be directed by Raj Kanwar), music director Anu Malik and noted playback singer Udit Narayan had a minor fracas when the latter stormed out of the studio, telling the composer that he'd never work with him henceforth.
It seems Udit wasn't getting the tune right during the rehearsal after repeated takes to which Anu politely asked him to buck up. But Udit would have none of it and left. Anyway Udit's loss was Abhijit's gain. The song was later recorded in his voice.
