Bollywood star Dino Morea and Kajol's sister Tanisha were involved in a car accident recently. The mishap took place on the outskirts of Kulu Manali while the pair was traveling by car to a shooting location of their upcoming film Shah. Director Pawan Kaul, who was behind the wheel at the time of accident, lost control of the vehicle on an icy road and it rolled down some 15 feet on to the banks of the Beas River. Dino Morea, Tanisha, director Pawan Kaul and another actor Gaurav Kapoor were rushed to the nearby hospital where they were treated for various injuries. Morea received seven stitches and Tanisha was treated for a deep cut below her right eyebrow. Director Kaul's elbow was fractured. Another actor, Gaurav Kapoor, suffered minor injuries. According to reports, the police have charged Kaul with negligent driving and not possessing a driving license. Meanwhile, Dino and Tanisha have flown back to Mumbai. The unit is likely to return to the picturesque valley for further shooting in March or April. |
