Ahmed Khan denies being ousted by Firoz Nadiadwala!

Following news reports that producer Firoz Nadiadwala had replaced Ahmed Khan with other director because Khan's recent 'Lakeer' had bombed, Ahmed Khan told us, "I am doing 'Deewane Hue Paagal', starring Anil Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor. The girls are yet to be finalized. Firoz and I weren't happy with the way the script was shaping up and have been working on it ever since. The project has only been delayed but not scrapped." Nadiadwala is reported to have said that the stars did not want to work with Ahmed following the debacle of 'Lakeer', something Ahmed vehemently denies.
