"A film maker is like a journalist holding a mirror to the world in projecting reality in the true sense of the word. Only thing is he dramatically packages it to make more effect." This was the comment made by filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma to BBC news regarding the question of whether or not he glorifies violence in his films, as some critics feel he does.
Varma and five other Bollywood directors who are going to feature in a 30-minute long BBC World series called Bollywood Bosses, will field questions like this and others. The other directors featured in the series are Karan Johar, Yash Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Rakesh Roshan. The new television series will begin on July 31st. Don't miss it!
