'Lakshya' has come and gone, but someone whispered that it resembles (in terms of plot) the Rajendra Kumar-starrer 'Aas Ka Panchi', which is also about a good-for-nothing boy who ends up joining the army! Presumably, the resemblance (if any) is coincidental! What say Farhan?
