After winning the elections, Jaya Pradha, we hear, has decided to opt out of Keshu Ramsay's 'Sipahee', being directed by the southside K. Subhash. She was playing Akshay Kumar and Rahul Dev's mother. The film also stars Ajay Devgan, Tusshar Kapoor and Lara Dutta. Jaya was last seen opposite Amitabh Bachchan in 'Khakee'.
