"Rajshri is the name of my bua (paternal aunt)." Says Rajat A. Barjatya, grandson of the celluloid colossus Tarachand Barjatya and scion of Ajit Kumar Barjatya. "Strangely, when I was a child my grandfather told me that I would make the Rajshri banner internationally famous."
Rajat has now opened an office in New York with very ambitious plans afoot. "We now plan to produce films in English too. We have already discussed it with some Hollywood studios. We would like to co-produce projects which will have Indian and Hollywood artistes," he reveals.
Cine-goers, meanwhile heartily agree that "Uff Kya Jaadoo Rajshri Hai...!
