Krazzy 4
Krazzy 4
The next two versions are 'Krazzy 4' and 'Krazzy 4-Remix' which can be labelled as the actual title track. This is the song that will most likely feature the superhero, Hrithik Roshan. The song is basically the same as 'Break Free', the rhythm, the tune are all similar. Only the lyrics undergo a change. The start is different and the lyrics are more in Hindi, though important English words are present to give the song the required attitude and zest. The emphasis on "Kyunki aa rahein hain, Krazzy 4" imply that this is the song where Hrithik introduces the four male protagonists of the movie, and will be used as a promotional video or maybe to carry the titles and credits. The impact of the song remains the same and will definitely be helpful in providing the movie with a good opening.

'Krazzy 4-remix' starts off with the synthesized rhythm of the title track and is again a faster, racier version of the original. And once again excellently executed and arranged.

After the superb dance number by Vishal, it's the queen of item numbers, Sunidhi Chauhan's turn to enthrall with 'Dekhta Hai Tu Kya'. This is a totally desi dance number, more in the league of the ones heard in 'nautankis' and dance parties. The totally Hindustani instruments like 'ektara', 'matka' or 'ghatam' sounds and 'tabla' give it that 'desi' touch. And the simple tune sung with a lot of feelings by Sunidhi makes it a good track. Kirti Sagathia's in between comments like "Jaan le legi kya" or "O meri jhumritalaiya" and "alaaps" keep the joyous nautanki spirit alive. But of course the highlight will be the unlikely pair of Rakhi Sawant and Irrfan Khan, as they pair up for this "dhamaal" of a song. The highly versatile, Irrfan Khan carried the Sunday number, 'Loot Liya' with finesse and we are sure he along with the drama queen, Rakhi Sawant with her 'latkas' and 'jhatkas' will surely set the pulse racing! Another person who deserves more than a simple mention is Javed Akhtar who pens some classy yet raunchy (without getting crass or crude) lyrics. The song picks up a hectic pace towards the end and the intermingling of Western and Indian music towards the end, brings the song to good climax. A totally "dhamaal" and "paisa vasool" track that will surely be lapped up by the masses and the front benchers at which it is aimed.

'Dekhta Hai Tu Kya-Remix' is a disappointment, as the enhanced pace and too much synthetic instruments kill the rustic beauty of the original.
