Ta Ra Rum Pum |
And if the earlier track pleases the kids, this slower sadder version 'Ta Ra Ra Ra Rum, Tararumpum' will be loved by all who have a “never-say-die' attitude’. The largely piano based melody, Shreya's sweet vocals and the all so inspiring lyrics by Javed Sahab - "Ho agar kabhi koi gham to, Bilkul na tum ghabrana, Ta ra..., Bas rahe yaqeen tumko khushiyon ko hai pana, Ta ra..., Raat hai to savera bhi hoga, Hai safar to basera bhi hoga, Gham ke aage gaaker muskurayen hum, Ta ra ra rum.." - are the factors that combine and catapult this number into the top league of (commercial) inspirational numbers like 'Zindagi ki yahi reet hai' from 'Mr. India', 'Jeet jayenge hum' from 'Meri Jung'.
After these two numbers, 'Hey Shona', a beautiful, melodious love ballad. The rhythm is infectious and the pace of the song relaxed. The singing by Shaan and Sunidhi is excellent. Not to forget, are the excellent musical arrangements comprising of the guitar, strings by Chennai Strings Section and the percussions are according to the feel of the song; all credit to the music directors.
