Lakeer is a story about relationships, of Arjun Rana (Sunny Deol) and Sanju (Suniel Shetty) and their respectives brothers Karan (Sohail Khan) and Saahil (John Abraham).

Arjun Rana is feared by all. Karan, the apple of Arjun Rana’s eye uses his brother’s rich and famous image to the maximum advantage and always gets what he desires while Sanju is loved by everyone. He is a mechanic who idolizes Arjun Rana and wants to become like him. His love for his brother Saahil is absolutely unshakable.
