The combination of David Dhawan and Govinda has always spelled fun and entertainment for audiences. The same has been the case with the David Dhawan and Salman Khan combination as well. So when all three come together in one film, one expects the world. With 'Partner', that is what one gets... well almost!

Inspired from director Andy Tennant's film, 'Hitch', 'Partner' is about Prem, the Love Guru (Salman Khan), who helps people in wooing the love of their lives and Bhaskar (Govinda), who seeks Prem's help in wooing, Priya (Katrina Kaif). This job proves a tad too difficult for Love Guru, as Priya is not only the heir to a 1000 crore company, but bumbling Bhaskar is her employee besides! Meanwhile, Prem also has a tough time wooing the girl he loves, Naina (Lara Dutta), a journalist and single mother.

That's about all there is to talk about, as far as the plot is concerned, but of course there are ample doses of confusions and witty one-liners (Sanjay Chhel). In today's stressful times, the audience looks forward to watching a mindless entertainer. 'Partner' matches up in both aspects. It is an entertainer and it is definitely "mindless" !
