Lal (Sunil Pal) and Das (Vijay Raaz) are two friends. Lal dreams of hitting big time, while Das is a driver who has just lost his job.  With the Rs.2 lakhs that Lal wins in a Jackpot, they together put up a travel agency, operating a bus service from Bombay to Goa. The bus is created from spare parts, which they source from Chor Bazaar! The bus obviously is junk on wheels, about which the passengers constantly crib.

En route, a character (Mac Mohan) dies in an accident. But not before telling the passengers about a hidden treasure. The rest of the film is about the mad rush by everybody to lay their hands on the booty.

If you think that this film is a remake or is based on the Bachchan starrer "Bombay to Goa", you will be sorely disappointed. In fact it seeks inspiration from the Hollywood blockbuster, It's a Mad Mad Mad World!
