The lovable Munnabhai and Circuit are back in a different setup now! Credit goes to director Rajkumar Hirani for striking a fine balance between humor and emotions. Both Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi look convincing in the comic as well as emotional moments. There's also a lot of stuff that the common man will identify with which makes this film too a winner!
Munna (Sanjay Dutt) is in love with a popular Radio Jockey, Jhanvi (Vidya Balan). Her high-spirited 'Good Morning Mumbai' on her daily morning radio show brightens Munna's day and he keeps dreaming of her all through the night. Circuit and his 'bhaigiri', is still on and he listens to her morning show every day. He wants to meet Jhanvi.
Destiny provides him with this opportunity soon in the form of a radio quiz on Gandhiji. There's a repeat of the cheating scene that one thoroughly enjoyed in its predecessor, 'Munnabhai MBBS'. This sequence is one of best in the film. Munna manages to win the contest and is invited to the studio as a guest on the show. He manages to impress Jhanvi but there's one problem. He lies to her that he's a History Professor.
