Aap Ki Khatir |
It's revealed later that Shirani was involved with Danny after he broke up with Anu! A little hard to believe, that a sister who loves Anu dearly would even get involved with her ex-boyfriend, especially the one who'd ditched her! Initially only Aman is privy to the information about Shirani and Danny's affair. By this time he also realizes that he's in love with Anu. But Anu does not seem to reciprocate his feelings. But why on earth does a heartbroken Anu suddenly go running into his arms on hearing about Danny's love for Shirani! There's a bit of tension built up until everything is sorted out in the end.
The film has some really funny scenes between Akshaye and Priyanka. Even the dialogues are fun. The sequences between the parents (Anupam Kher, and Lilette Dubey) seem slightly over the top. The film has more than its share of flaws. How and when do Akshaye and Priyanka fall in love with each other? The relationship between two has not been developed at all. It also looks like she falls in love with Akshaye more on the rebound when she realizes that Dino loves her sister, Amisha. Secondly, when Amisha tells Suniel about her association with Dino, why doesn't she specify that it was in the past and avoid unwanted drama? What exactly is Dino looking for by confessing to Amisha, that too a day before her marriage, that he loves her truly and deeply, especially when she seems to be happy about her marriage to Suniel, who also happens to be his best friend! Himesh Reshamiya's music is good but somehow the songs sound very similar to each other! They have the same rhythm. The cinematography is nothing to rave about. Some of the dialogues are irritating especially the ones with double meaning.
