It's loads of fun in the first half. The second half tends to get slightly boring but again picks up when the trio decide to indulge in 'hera pheri' again to get out of the mess they're in.
Some scenes really stand out. Raju trying to impress Rajpal Yadav at a tea stall and then at his mansion is hilarious. Akshay, Suniel and Paresh's constant bickering and fights after they've gone bankrupt will keep the audience thoroughly entertained.
Of the songs, 'Mujhko Yaad Sataye Teri' sounds good. Once again 'Phir Hera Pheri' belongs to Paresh Rawal. Akshay Kumar shows superb comic timing again but seems repetitive. Suniel Shetty is good except in a few scenes. Bipasha and Rimmi have hardly much to do. Rajpal Yadav excels once again. Johny Lever is funny as usual.
