The concept of 'Teesri Aankh - The Hidden Camera' is similar to the recently released 'Kalyug'. The film looks at the hidden cameras creating havoc in people's lives. That's its major undoing. It starts very well with a gripping first half hour. A little after that it just slips and falls badly.
The screenplay falters badly and gives the impression of an old fashioned film. But a couple of sequences look like it's taken from real life; like the 'sting operation' on the corrupt politician. On the positive side the film sort of enlightens the ignorant women on how video cameras could be planted anywhere; in changing rooms of shopping malls, hotel rooms or even homes.
