This is another case of 'Old wine in a new bottle'. This is a slaughtered version of 'Indecent Proposal'. Add to it bad performances and you have a film that's surely not worth wasting time on.
But to give credit where it's due, the first one and a half hours of the film is interesting and slightly absorbing. Then it goes completely haywire, especially the last one hour. So that makes it a nearly 3-hour film, quite a bit in this age of 100- minute films.
Devika (Preeti Jhangiani) and Sameer (Aryan Vaid) are married to each other. Sameer is highly ambitious. He is an MBA graduate who desires to open a car showroom. (We wonder why he wasted his time pursuing an MBA degree for this!). Devika is a painter. Sameer needs 11 crores to start his business.
