Now for the story. Asmi (Juhi Chawla) is working for a television channel. She aspires to become a hotshot director some day. She has been entrusted the task of doing a reality show. She decides on an Indian wedding. There's a marriage in the Joshi family and when Asmi offers the proposal of covering the event for the TV network, the elders in the family are dead against this kind of publicity.

The team somehow manages to find their way through and film the most horrendous details about the Joshi family. While one male member of the household is having a sleazy relationship with the maid servant (explicit details are shown that are quite vulgar), another is a strong believer and follower of the Kama Sutra. The bride is having an affair with someone else and has plans to elope with her boyfriend.
