The title of the film is very suggestive. It is a broad hint to the viewers to stay away from it. Put plainly, it is a stupid film. For a comedy film, the punch lines are not great. Some of the dialogues drag.

'Bachke Rehna Re Baba' is the tale of two women who earn their bread and butter by conning millionaires into marrying them. The marriage ends in a divorce in no time and the women go laughing all the way to the bank.

The two-woman team is the aunt-niece team of Rukmini (Rekha) and Padmini (Mallika Sherawat). The latter is lovingly referred to as Paddu by her aunt. Not that there is great love between the two, especially the niece's for the aunt. There is constant bickering but ultimately they are quits when they are on their next conning game.

The con game seems simple. Rukmini leads the men into marriage and Padmini lures them into seduction. The result- a huge divorce settlement! Their first target is a rich 40-year-old Punjabi bachelor, Paresh Rawal. Once he is fleeced, it's a Sindhi entrepreneur settled in Mauritius (Satish Shah) who's next on their list.
