Shalini and he decide to start life afresh but Captain will not allow that!. So he becomes a thorn in their lives. He starts by kidnapping Shalini. Captain's life is in danger. His threat is the rival Don, Yunus (Vishwajeet Pradhan). There is an attack on his life. Captain wants to eliminate a few prominent people in the city including Yunus himself. So John, his ace killer is assigned the responsibility of executing the plan. That's the deal if John wants his beloved wife back. Mumbai's tough cop, Wagh (Shiney Ahuja) is tailing John for the gruesome murder.
The cat and mouse game that follows leaves you untouched, and unmoved. The narrative is pathetic. A film of this nature should have been slick to make an impact. The cinematographer-turned-director's touch is evident in the film but the director had better realize that there's more to a film than great visuals. The songs are hardly memorable.
John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra don't share any sort of screen chemistry although they make a visually appealing pair. Performance wise, Priyanka is her bubbly self. John seems to be a shade better than his earlier films. But he looks hot. In fact, that seems to be the only reason for it to click with the younger generation, especially the teenyboppers who have a huge crush on him. The rest of the cast is adequate. A sure flop at the box office!
