Just too much. That's what one would happily say after seeing David Dhawan's latest comedy caper called Ek Aur Ek Gyarah. This is his fourth and the best film with Sanjay Dutt and Govinda duo, after Taaqatwar, Hasina Maan Jayegi and Jodi No. 1. And interestingly, Dhawan would probably get rid of his failure hat-trick of Kyunki Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta, Hum Kisise Kam Nahin and Yeh Hai Jalwa with this movie.

EAEG is very much like a sequel to Jodi No. 1. Tara (Govinda) and Sitara (Sanjay Dutt) are brothers and crooks. The police department is fed up of them and after them. One fine day, Bahadur Singh (Mushtaq Khan), a cop successfully nabs the duo and he also manages to arrest Cobra (Ashish Vidyarthi), a big don. That's because the duo holds Cobra in anticipation that he is a mere common man and they can give police a slip by holding him. Bahadur Singh is more than happy to have caught Cobra in bonus while succeeding in catching the duo.

While the threesomes are being taken to jail, Cobra's aides attack the police van to free their boss. But again, luck favors Tara-Sitara and they hit a bullet on Cobra's leg and escape from the scene. But now, after having made Cobra their rival, they can't live in the city. Their mother (Himani Shivpuri) suggests them to go to Nepal. They follow the instruction and reaches somewhere close to the border. But crossing the line is not that easy for them. After unsuccessfully attempting to cross the border with the help of an agent, they decide to use major Ramsingh (Jackie Shroff) to flee the country. To enter major's house, Tara-Sitara uses his servant (Rajpal Yadav) and soon they win confidence of everyone in house except Ramsingh. Not only that, Tara falls in love with Ramsingh's sister Pinky (Nandini Singh) while Sitara gets engaged with Priti (Amrita Arora) who is Pinky's friend and daughter of the bank manager (Tiku Talsania) whose bank they had robbed.

The story of EAEG is just simple and predictable. While Tara and Sitara are busy romancing, chalking out a plan to leave India, Cobra manages to escape from police's hands and now, he is all set to accomplish two missions: to free Panther from Ramsingh's custody and to punish Tara-Sitara for their over smartness. But he underestimates the deadly duo that is humble but daring and intelligent. What happens hereafter form rest of the story of the film and it is better to see than read, believe us.
