Ashok Honda is a filmmaker who is known for his action movies. And his films with Suniel Shetty in the past are examples anyone can cite in this regard. But Shetty has now become a big man with versatile roles and so, Honda brings a brand new man in as an action hero. Om - The Ultimate Power marks the debut of Attin Honda and he plays the role of an angry young man. Unfortunately though, the film is so poor that Attin may not gain anything out of it.
The story of Om is about Om (Attin Honda) and his life. He is the adopted son of his mother (Smita Jaykar) but there is no lack of love between them. Not even with his sister Anu (Faiz Khan). Before going ahead with the actual narrative that comes in a flashback, the director shows Sandali (Sandali Sinha) escaping from home as she is troubled by her stepmother.
During a party of Anu's friend, Om comes across Sandali and yes, you guessed it right, they fall in love. Sandali's father Dhariwal (Pankaj Dheer) is a man with no good intentions. Long ago, he had murdered his wife just because he wanted all money she had possessed. The deceased made a provision in her will that half of her property will be owned by her daughter Sandali while the rest will go to the man who marries her. Dhariwal wanted a puppet like husband for Sandali so that he can have all property in his hands. He is accompanied by Salina (Raakhi Sawant), his mistress and co-player of the dirty money game.
The bad father and stepmother duo always believed that a humble guy like Om would never dare to go against their will and he will obey to whatever they would tell him. But that's not the case in reality. Om is a real self-standing man who is principled. When Salina realizes that Om is not going to follow what she and Dhariwal would say, she starts trying to set her other boyfriend in Sandali's life. Sandali is in love with Om and there's no prize to guess that she gives a damn to the other guy.
