This is one delayed film that has been lying in the cans for at least 3 years that one doesn't mind watching. It is hilarious in a very stupid way especially the first half. The second half sees the introduction of so many characters that the average moviegoer is bound to get confused. To top it all, there is one character in 3 roles and to make matters worse the three look like identical twins. So utter confusion until everything is sorted out abruptly as though the director suddenly realized it was time to pack up.
The film starts with Suniel Shetty, a gardener's son suddenly becoming the heir to a rich man's will. He is now 41/2 crores rich! Unfortunately for him there is one clause in the will that is a thorn in his path to riches. It is a goof up on the part of his buddy cum lawyer, Shekhar Suman. Suniel has to become the biggest underworld don if he wants to become the heir apparent.
Now starts a series of events that are stupid but funny. It starts with Shekhar telling him to loot a newly opened branch of a bank to kidnapping a scientist. To add to the confusion there is a young and attractive cop, played by Raveena Tandon. She always manages to do the wrong things at work till she is suspended from duty.
The kidnapping of the scientist is very funny. There is a female detective (Ishaa Koppikar), Suniel Shetty and Shekhar (Actually there is a twist here. Shekhar has instructed Suniel to kidnap the scientist. Remember Suniel still has to fulfill one demand in the will. There is an exchange of pictures and Suniel mistakes the most powerful underworld don, Gulshan Grower, to be the scientist), underworld don Gulshan Grower, the CBI, and the ISI.
